Airael felt a bit downcast.

On the city wall, Airael felt frantic watching everything unfold.

Upon hearing this, Airael forced herself to shake off her daze and looked at the human army outside the walls.

From her viewpoint, the human soldiers resembled a swarm of ants, densely packed.

Yet, it was such a swarm of ants that had shaken the mighty Silnas Fortress in less than a day.

“Your Majesty!”

Seeing Airael suddenly lost in thought, Hels had to call out to her again.

Airael snapped back just as she was about to leave the city walls with Hels.

She suddenly halted and continued gazing at the human army outside.

As she watched, the worried expression on her face vanished, replaced by surprise.

They were breaking ranks!

The human army was beginning to fall into disarray; although they still maintained some semblance of order, chaos was starting to show.

The human soldiers and officers were consumed by thoughts of how to gain military merit.
