The collaboration with Ga Joon-sik ended successfully.
How successful was it? So successful that MTube is flooded with videos related to me.
Truly an issue MTube creator. Quick to act. They moved everything in less than a day. Gotta move fast to survive in this industry.
The community response was hot too, and now that I take a quick look, it was practically a furnace.
Stuff like “<Why Jung Byung-ryun Makes No Sense>,” or “<Han Yoorim, you crazy, the poison pouch exploded lol>,” or “<Why Jung Byung-ryun's Omission of Other Contributors is a Serious Issue>,” or “<The group chat turned chaotic from the power struggle, thumbs up lolol>.”

– Han Yoorim, please just fold for those guys once. I can’t even do gallery stuff anymore.
<But seriously, Han Yoorim is right>
Han Yoorim is seriously suspicious, but
What else can you do besides calling her suspicious from the perspective of people who don’t like her?
You can’t arrest her for some crime or another.
– You can keep stirring up noise and controversy.
┗That’s true, but does it really matter to someone who debuted without caring about the chat getting wrecked in the broadcast gallery?
┗┗That’s why they’re doing it, duh.
Seeing people still talking about yesterday’s collaboration made me feel naturally pleased.
Thanks to that, I got plenty of promotion, so now all I need to do is make the next game well.
“We’ve arrived.”
At the taxi driver’s words, I nodded and got out of the taxi.
And then I slowly entered the standalone house that was my destination.
Suddenly, this might sound really random, but I have grandparents. Of course, I wouldn’t have been born without them.
My grandmother was Russian.
She’s passed away now, but when I first saw her as a child, I asked my mother:
“Mom, why did Grandma put gold in her hair?”
To that, my mother replied:
“Go look in the mirror.”
Even back then, my hair had streaks of gold.
Of course, it wasn’t as vivid as it is now, but it was enough to give off an exotic vibe.
So, I have about five funny episodes related to that, but why am I suddenly talking about this?
“Oh, Yoorim’s here.”
“Yoorim, what have you been up to lately?”
I wanted to say that, being the only one who inherited my grandmother’s genes, I grew up receiving a lot of attention from relatives since I was young.
Just like how countless households have their own unique recipes (like the weird ingredients in my mom’s fried rice), countless families have their own unique cultures.
In the case of our Han family, we have a tradition of gathering around the time summer officially starts.
That’s because it’s around my grandfather’s birthday.
July is a month without long holidays, so busy people didn’t have to come (not to pressure them, but they really didn’t have to), but since we adjusted the date to gather as many as possible, almost no one missed it (actually, it was pressure).
Responding confidently to my relatives’ greetings, I said:
“I recently changed my job from Genius Developer to Super Developer.”
“Yoorim, you’re always so healthy.”
“That’s Yoorim for you.”
“Yoorim is always Yoorim, huh?”
“I’m always me.”
After finishing conversations with my second uncle, third aunt, and youngest uncle, I headed to the room where my cousins were gathered.
Even if we were close as kids, cousins tend to grow distant as they get older.
We weren’t much different.
“Hey, sis, you’re here?”
“Yooseung, how have you been?”
“I’ve been good, but why the tone? Did you watch anime again?”
Still, we weren’t completely distant.
The cousin group chat was active, and we occasionally made time to meet.
We were close enough to exchange light greetings.
I glanced around the room.
Everyone was lying down like zombies using VR devices, and except for Yooseung, no one greeted me.
It wasn’t the prettiest sight, but who am I? An open-minded deity with a foreign appearance, right?
People’s freedom should be respected, so I coolly let it slide.
“I guess only Yooseung gets allowance this time.”
“Hey! Sis is here! What are you all doing!”
“Ah, Yooseung, it’s fine.”
“Sis, say something when you arrive.”
“Didn’t even notice you came.”
The cousins scrambled to greet me. I nodded and had them all follow me.
“What is it, sis?”
“Should I buy you coffee or something?”
Cluelessly, the cousins followed me, and their jaws dropped when they saw the boxes piled like a mountain in my father’s car.
“Latest model laptops and tablets. Take one each.”
“Huh?”
“Wait, what?”
The cousins were stunned. It was that unexpected of a gift.
Usually, you give such gifts in front of the adults.
There’s a social agreement that you should let the adults know so they can take care of things accordingly.
But I don’t need that kind of help anymore. I just gave it secretly.
My current state is Hwakyung (化境). I don’t age, and I’m unaffected by poison, heat, or cold—an absolute master.
As a lone developer, I declined any merit or virtue.
“Should we keep the gifts from the adults a secret?”
“Got it, sis. I’ll take this secret to the grave.”
“Thanks, sis.”
“…….”
I kept my mouth shut and stared at the cousins.
Then Yooseung quickly spoke up.
“I’ll go brag about it right away, sis.”
“Ah, Yooseung, it’s fine.”
“Hey! You gotta brag as soon as you get in, right? Got it?”
“Yooseung, you just got out of the military, right?”
“Yeah?”
“No wonder you’re so full of energy. I was like that too.”
“Never thought I’d get military tips from my cousin sis. Sis, why did you even go?”
“I lost my mind for a bit.”
Like Bunny Run, human IQ is variable. Sometimes it turns into a dolphin.
At the time, I was trying to create realistic characters, so…
I eventually succeeded in making <Infinity Zero>, but back then, I was so out of it that I kept muttering nonsense.
Now it’s just a memory.
We headed to the yard to have lunch.
The owner of this house, my eldest uncle, is the most successful person in the Han family.
He runs a fairly large small-to-medium enterprise, lifted the family from slightly below average, and as the one taking care of my grandfather, he holds the most authority in the Han family.
Grandfather’s birthday is celebrated simply.
It’s like a buffet where people eat what they want and chat if they feel like it.
I piled my plate high with East Sea specialties—grilled butter crab—and ate heartily.
The relatives chatted.
“Yuhan made it into the top 5 in his school again, right?”
“Bro, you’re so lucky. Science high school and all…”
“If you’re in the top 5 of your school, you can just waltz into Korea University, right?”
These were the words of my second uncle and third aunt.
Han Yoo-han, who had just made it to the top 5 in his school, was the son of my first uncle and the top favorite cousin according to Han Bros. He was Han Yoo-sung’s younger brother.
By the way, just to add, I’m the oldest among the second generation of the Han family.
My dad got married really early.
“How much money did we spend on tutoring? You better get those grades.”
“Here we go again. You’re enjoying this, aren’t you?”
“The kid’s only good at studying, which makes me uneasy. He needs to be sharp like Yoorim.”
At my first uncle’s words, the adults’ eyes turned to me, then quickly shifted back.
And the voices grew quieter.
“So, Yoorim, how’s the game development going these days? Going well?”
“Well, it’s Yoorim, so of course she’s doing well, right?”
“She’s smart, but she has this quirky side. She might get obsessed with something weird and waste time. Seung-hoon, have you heard anything?”
“Well, first uncle…”
*Slap*. My mom discreetly smacked my dad’s thigh.
She’s faithfully keeping my promise not to say anything, truly the embodiment of promises.
But it wouldn’t have been a big deal to tell the relatives, especially the first uncle.
From my long-term observations, that’s how it was.
The first uncle spoke with a hint of frustration.
“Even if you have the skills, if luck isn’t on your side, you won’t succeed. Looking back, I was really lucky. If my business hadn’t succeeded on the first try, I would’ve been buried in debt. Our family, with no money, couldn’t have paid it off, and I would’ve been hounded by creditors.”
“That’s true.”
“Game development isn’t cheap. If you need money, I can invest a bit. Yoorim is a top-tier stock, after all.”
As you know, unsolicited advice is just meddling, but advice with money attached is a noble lesson from an elder.
And the first uncle has never given advice without putting his money where his mouth is.
So, I expected the first uncle to bring up investment, but unfortunately, I, the prodigy, have already transcended the ordinary and am looking towards the next realm.
I appreciate the first uncle’s kindness, but this Super Developer no longer needs external funds.
“First uncle, it’s okay.”
I stood confidently in front of the first uncle.
Then, my cousins lined up behind me (Yoo-sung had urged them to stand up).
Holding the latest laptop and tablet in hand.
Seeing this, the first uncle’s eyes filled with dizziness.
“You don’t need my help anymore.”
“First uncle, I’m heading to the next realm.”
“The Mystic Realm? Foolish! That’s a legendary realm that only one person in history has ever reached!”
“Just because ordinary people haven’t reached it doesn’t mean I can’t. Leader.”
“Han Yoorim!”
The first uncle trembled.
I looked down upon everything with grandeur.
Then, the relatives whispered among themselves.
“Big bro and Yoorim really get along well.”
“Only big bro could keep up with her cryptic talk since forever.”
“Even though she’s my daughter, sometimes I have no idea what she’s saying.”
“Ha!”
“Leader, let it go. How could mere mortals understand the intentions of a martial artist?”
In the increasingly warm atmosphere of the meal, my aunt suddenly remembered something and asked.
“So, where’s dad?”
“Out with friends.”
“So, this is a birthday party without the birthday boy?”
“Our family has done this more than once or twice.”
Truly, the Han family. We don’t get caught up in ordinary social conventions.
Yoo-sung scurried over and said.
“Big sis, your game development must be going well, huh?”
“Of course.”
“I knew you’d succeed.”
I felt like I had just witnessed Yoo-sung’s military life.
“…Game development?”
A cousin sitting across from me muttered. And then.
“Ah!”
Pointing at me, he suddenly stood up.
It was an action reminiscent of Ga Joon-sik, whom I had recently met.
“Yoo-sung.”
“At your command.”
Yoo-sung dragged his younger sibling in front of me.
I whispered into my cousin’s, Han Yoo-han’s, ear.
“If you play too many games, your grades might drop.”
Han Yoo-han whispered back.
“…I don’t play the games you make, I only watch your streams.”
“That’s even worse. Live streams are time-devouring monsters. Just play games instead.”
“I only watch MTube, so it’s fine. Big sis, are you really Han Yoorim?”
I tilted my head at Han Yoo-han’s words.
“Did you just find out my name?”
“No, that’s not it. I mean, are you the streamer Han Yoorim?”
“Honestly, it’s more surprising that you just realized it now. Shouldn’t you have recognized me right away?”
“Who else but a crazy person would make their avatar look exactly like their real self? I thought it was inspired by Thierry.”
What?
“Are you calling me crazy now?”
“That’s not what I meant—.”
“Yoo-sung.”
“At your command.”
After dealing with Han Yoo-han, I sipped my tea.
The martial world is indeed a cold place.

<Did you know Han Yoorim? She's a Mtuber.>
-(Laptop, tablet, and Han Yoorim’s autograph proof)
She’s our cousin, lol
I asked if I could share some stories on SNS, and she said it’s fine as long as I self-censor and post carefully.
I subscribed and even donated, but I had no idea it was my cousin.
Thinking about it, her voice is exactly the same, but human perception is scary. I didn’t have a clue until I was told.
-Han Yoorim? The Eternal World Thierry master?
┗Yeah, that’s her.
┗┗Why are these kids watching MTube when they’re supposed to be studying? But Han Yoorim is legit.
-Pretty?
┗If you go around spreading my cousin’s personal info online, my brother and dad will kill me. Especially dad, he might disown me.
I nodded while browsing a college entrance exam community.
Han Yoo-han’s online ID. Secured.
Next up was the VR Broadcasting Gallery.
As usual, when I opened the gallery, they were still talking about the collaboration with Ga Joon-sik.
It’s been days, and they’re still on about it.
Guess the collab was really fun.
I skimmed through the posts.
Among the usual posts, one caught my eye.
<The integrated platform tournament schedule is out lololol>
Integrated platform tournament, huh.
Hmm.
