When I declared that I would stop the Xenobia Punishment Fleet, reactions ranged from “Yeah, that’s right!” to pulling out fleets filled with various “faction’s main ships,” including the Gigantia-class Cruiser Battleship, which I painstakingly gathered while getting beaten up by factions.

For some reason, they started acting like I was an Anti-Faction user, bringing their fleets from their bases into my territory.

But anyway, since they were participating in the war, I decided to go through the grind of changing all their statuses to “Friendly Neutral” and let the Anti-Faction users’ fleets into my territory.

At first, the mercenary users decided to stay on the sidelines.

They thought Icarus was just picking fights out of pride, so they were like, “Eh, whatever.”

They figured they’d only act if Tanhoizer got attacked.

But then Icarus said, “Of course Tanhoizer is the target. Did you think I’d just leave the Fortress Main Gun and Defense Fleet alone?”

So they reluctantly joined the war, cursing and crying.

With Tanhoizer docking fees waived for a week and hiring fees on the table, their initial lukewarm response vanished, and they quickly declared full participation in the war.

While I was busy rallying user fleets and gathering defense fleets from various bases to Tanhoizer, and preparing the Fortress Main Gun to fire at any moment, I was putting in my *maximum effort* to face the damn Punishment Fleet.

But even in the midst of all this effort, there was one thing that really bothered me…

“Jessica, Jessica, where the heck are our awesome Leviathan Fleet guys?”

“They seem to be within the territory, but I can’t figure out where they are.”

The very Leviathan Fleet, the ultimate weapon and the reason I was so fired up for this fight, was nowhere to be found.
