Chapter 358. The so-called Icarus Triangle Zone. (2)
Meanwhile, just as the full-scale migration from Avalon-Barracuda to Tanhoizer was about to begin.
I heard some rather unexpected stories from a few users coming from Avalon and Barracuda.

<Avalon-Barracuda-Tanhoizer Resident Chat Room>
<Notice: Those planning to move to Tanhoizer, check in here on your own>
-[Wow, our village chief, no, our ranker-nimu]
-[They even organized an escort fleet for us, thank you thank you]
-[Kinda feels a bit old-timer-ish;;;]
-[But still, grateful, right?]
-[That’s true]
-[Huh?](Icarus)
—
‘What on earth are they talking about?’
For some reason, they were saying that I was “escorting” them.
Meanwhile, I was just sitting in the command center, thinking, “Ah, I want to gather resources and build a Big F***ing Gun!” while playing with Jessica’s soft bunny ears.
Or feeling the smooth, plush texture of her thighs wrapped in black stockings, recovering from mental fatigue… as mentioned earlier.
So, naturally, my reaction was, “This is really out of nowhere.”
But those thoughts didn’t last long.
As the users in the chat started chattering away, I began to understand what was going on.

<Notice: Those planning to move to Tanhoizer, check in here on your own>
-[On the way from Barracuda and Avalon to here, the guard fleets were just roaming around in between]
-[For real]
-[Only one fleet was roaming, but where exactly?]
-[Honestly, the fleet situation in Avalon and Barracuda was a mess]
-[Didn’t know you’d go this far for us, fr]
—
‘Huh?’
Neither I nor Jessica, who handles all sorts of miscellaneous tasks, had noticed this.
But out of nowhere, after I took over Tanhoizer.
The guard fleets I owned at each base had started patrolling between the bases on their own.
And thanks to that, some users who had only docked their bases at Tanhoizer but left their fleets behind had to manually bring them over, tagging along with the guard fleets.
Anyway, thanks to my guard fleets, fleets loaded with resources were able to avoid being plundered, and users were expressing their gratitude.
Feeling a bit bewildered, I decided to accept the compliments naturally in the chat.
Of course, that demeanor was only visible in the chat.
—
“So, Commander, why are the guard fleets roaming around on their own?”
“Hmm… wait, I’m sure I remember the reason.”
After closing the chat, I was trying to recall why the fleets, which had stayed put when I only controlled two bases, suddenly started patrolling between bases now.
Of course, no matter how much I thought about it, this was a memory from over five, almost six years ago.
After five minutes of racking my brain alone.
Realizing that I was just wasting time, I immediately opened the all-purpose gallery wiki tab to look up the information.
And within less than a minute of searching, I found what I was looking for.

Title: A post for clans that have captured a large number of bases.txt

If you’ve captured less than 2 bases, just hit the back button and leave.
When a clan captures 3 or more bases, the bases start forming an organic guard system.
What that means is, the guard fleets from each base start patrolling between the bases.
And the routes between the bases are periodically patrolled by the guard fleets.
When 3 or more bases are connected, the “inner area” formed between them also gets patrolled by one guard fleet per base.
And while patrolling, if they spot hostile neutrals or enemies, they automatically respond and notify the clan owning the bases.
Oh, by the way, it probably won’t happen, but if a user manages to capture three bases alone, they’ll still contact the user, yep.

**Comments:**
– [Ah, so that’s why our clan’s base guard fleet suddenly moved around like that.]
– [But does that mean the guard fleet at the base decreases? Or is a separate fleet just newly created?]
– [It’s the base guard fleet moving, so the standby fleet does decrease.] (OP)
– [Is that so?]
– [To be precise, there are always three fleets: one fleet patrolling outside the base, one fleet moving between bases, and one fleet patrolling inside the patrol zone. So three fleets are always out.] (OP)
– [Ugh, it’s so vague.]
—
‘Ah, so that’s what it was.’
Before I got possessed by this place, I never had the chance to capture a base myself.
The clan also had its fair share of problems, so I only knew about it in theory and never experienced it firsthand.
Since my body wasn’t used to it, I guess I couldn’t immediately recall it in my mind.
But now that I know perfectly, there shouldn’t be any big issues anymore.
So, I decided to enjoy this peaceful time while feeling the touch of Jessica’s thighs.

But a week after experiencing the above incident…

Some people went to other zones but got kicked out for not joining a clan and just hanging around.
Others came back after being bullied by territorial users.
Users from the Central Zone, who were constantly being looted by predatory users, are slowly gathering in the Icarus Triangle Zone.
Of course, most of Icarus’s bases are already fully docked, so they can’t dock there.
But since the Triangle Zone doesn’t care what you do inside, users from the harassed clusters are heading there.
—
**Comments:**
– [Through the exodus, they found the land flowing with milk and honey!]
– [This is the holy land of Israel!]
– [Nothing… everything!]
– [Are Zionists gonna pop up there, stage a coup against Icarus, and take over the bases?]
– [If they try that, 400,000 mercenaries + 400,000 base fleet uncles will be like, “This punk,” and beat them up.]
– [Hearing that, the numbers are insane.]

**Title:** The Hilarious Thing About the Triangle Zone Right Now
**Author:** ㅇㅇ
**Content:** [A gif of a migrant (?) fleet getting obliterated by the guard fleet’s bombardment.]
Of course, it’s obvious, but Icarus has set most users docking at its bases to neutral or hostile-neutral.
So, settler fleets trying to enter the Triangle Zone often get caught by the guard fleet and chased away.
Users who can’t forget the thrill of looting also keep getting caught and chased away by the guard fleet.
Sure, a single guard fleet isn’t something a well-trained user fleet can’t beat.
But when the guard fleet gets destroyed, Tanhoizer immediately teleports additional fleets to the area, leading to most of them meeting a gruesome end.
—
**Comments:**
– [So, users inside the Triangle Zone also get beaten up?]
– [System-wise, users settled inside the Triangle Zone are treated as something between friendly-neutral and neutral.] (OP)
– [Exactly, they won’t attack unless provoked.]
– [Ah, I see.]
– [Everyone’s happy in the Triangle Zone~]
—
Suddenly, my territory is being called the “Icarus Triangle Zone,” a mysterious name, and beyond the “neutral zone” of the Central Zone.
It’s being perceived as some kind of sanctuary, which feels oddly profound.
