[Nietzsche, You Were Wrong! There Is a God in This World! (Fan Meeting Review)][41]
(I can’t believe I get to see this for real. Haha!)
I never thought I’d see it in person, hahaha. After meeting the host, I can say they are much smaller, much cuter, and much more mature than I expected! I never realized how small 114 cm really is; they’re just a kindergartener…
I’ll keep posting photos from here on out. I’ll skip more detailed explanations.

-Did you hug Naame? How was it?
└(Author): Yeah, super light. You might think 20 kg is heavy since it’s about the weight of a bag of rice, but a person’s weight is distributed, so it feels just like a light touch. You could say it feels like an empty gym bag.
└An empty gym bag is also 20 kg, you idiot, hahaha!
└(Author): Oh, you’re right!
-Please post more pictures of the smiling face!
└(Author): Let me look for some.
Naame’s fan meeting showcased some rare moments.
While she didn’t sing or dance, there were captures of her nibbling on a fist-sized cookie and twirling her hair when bored, among others. There were also some funny photos that would surely make her furious if she saw them, and they were shared secretly.
During this, a somewhat unfamiliar outsider began to enter the community.

[Exclusive) Mars Pharmaceuticals offers 140 billion won for ‘Bioakasic’ acquisition news]
Cash 40 billion won for self-stock worth 100 billion, wow.

-Why are they acting out here?
-There must be something going on, haha.
-Why is Bioakasic unlisted? If I could sell, I would have invested my entire fortune!

If you’re going to watch Cannon King’s live stream later at dawn, I highly recommend it, haha!
I even set up a payment with TBS to watch this live.

-Wow, I can’t skip my review of the Naame fan meeting and the visit to Korea.
-Cannon has also become famous! Got to meet Naame too~
-He’s just a likable person, haha.
* * *
“Cannon, I heard you learned humility in Korea?”
“When I first stepped into Incheon Airport, thousands welcomed me. No joke, I really felt like a Hollywood star. It’s not every day you get warmth from people on the other side of the world, right?”
“Of course.”
“The next day, after finishing my schedule, I attended Noname’s fan meeting. I found a seat in the corner and we were all waiting for her. Suddenly, a man next to me nudged my arm. So, I thought to myself, ‘Ah, this guy is so popular, I can’t ask for an autograph here.'”
“Haha, I think you have every right to feel that way, Cannon.”
“I must have expected too much. He asked me when Naame would be coming. I replied, ‘How would I know?’ and he quickly turned away from me and got back into the community.”
“Maybe that guy didn’t know who you were.”
“No, no! He definitely knew! He called me Cannon from the start! But in front of Naame, my existence was just like an ant passing by! Honestly, in that regard, I was able to enjoy the fan meeting more comfortably.”
Cannon appeared on a radio broadcast with other hosts to talk about his experiences in Korea.
After sharing anecdotes from his week in Korea, he returned to the story of Naame.
“What did you feel, Cannon? Was she a genius as the rumors say?”
“She is definitely a genius. No, you won’t find anyone like her anywhere in this world.”
“Oh really.”
“I can explain easily. She’s 8 years old and running a business!”
“A business? Could you explain a bit more?”
“It’s based on a pharmaceutical company. They are researching treatments for multiple sclerosis, which affects 3 million people worldwide. Additionally, I believe they are developing a telemedicine system using magic.”
“Wow… I can’t believe it!”
From there, Cannon continued to brag about Naame.
Naame offered thoughtful advice to fans worried about the future and even displayed astonishing mental arithmetic skills that made it hard to believe she was the same person.
One talk show panelist watching a video of the fan meeting gasped in awe.
“Ah, it’s No Name from Woaoa! I know who she is! I just learned that they are the same person…!”
The episode of Noname’s fan meeting featured in Cannon King’s live show was bound to attract great attention worldwide.
An 8-year-old founder, a brilliant mind, and a dramatic survivor of the Walpurgis terror—all three factors combined to stir the hearts of the public.
Just as had happened months ago in Korea, U.S. media focused on Naame’s recent actions.
Hardline factions argued that they should acquire Bioakasic right now, while skeptics claimed it might just be a scam utilizing her fame, creating a tense standoff.
“The market for multiple sclerosis is a staggering 30 billion dollars! Even investing 100 million dollars and targeting just 1% market share would lead to profits!”
However, the skeptics also had a point.
“Have you forgotten the cases where a business idea turned out to be a scam, causing stocks worth 10 billion dollars to turn into scraps of paper? Acquiring that is not business; it’s gambling!”
Historically, there had been many such audacious fraudsters.
Yet, in an era where self-made rich became a shallow joke, the largest pharmaceutical company in America readily reached out to Naame.
* * *
With the winter break, I had visited Bioakasic several times, but never had the atmosphere felt as different as it did today.
“Welcome, Naame! Isn’t it really cold outside?”
“How dare you speak informally to the chairman! Thank you, Chairman Noname, for taking the time for us. Would you like tea? Or perhaps hot chocolate?”
I was quickly surrounded by Bioakasic employees.
They were all former staff who had scattered like Dragon Balls in Silicon Valley but were gathered again by CEO Baek Ho-chan, who begged them.
It’s clear that even after losing a company, he had substantial personal connections.
The more capable people tended to be buried in work, making them appear like walking zombies, but…
Today was a bit different.
“Even though it’s Monday, everyone is so energized?”
There was no response.
Each of them likely guessed the reason.
I hung my long padding on the coat rack and entered the conference room, which was blocked by black glass windows.
At the head of the table, Baek Ho-chan waved to welcome me.
“Naame, it’s been a while!”
“We saw each other last week. Move aside; it’s my seat.”
Baek Ho-chan hurriedly moved to the side chair.
I sat at the center and examined the expressions of the other neatly dressed executives.
Each of them had big smiles on their faces.
“What’s got you all so happy? If I suddenly change my mind, the sale might fall through.”
Only then did everyone’s smiles disappear, and they adjusted themselves to sit up straight.
Baek Ho-chan opened his mouth.
“How did this happen? Johnson & Johnson came to us first with an acquisition proposal!”
Even though it hadn’t been announced yet, the treatment ‘Persijumab’ had shown quite, no, overwhelming results in Phase 3 clinical trials.
Positive opinions were received from 11 clinical trial sites nationwide.
While the exact clinical results would be reported in six months, it seemed that advances in technology made it easier to determine whether they would pass or not.
Mars Pharmaceuticals, which caught scent first, proposed an acquisition amount of 140 billion won.
After crunching the numbers, I saw that the cash assets coming to me would be only about 10 billion won after taxes.
I corrected Baek Ho-chan’s words.
“In fact, we made the first offer ourselves.”
“Wait? Who? You?”
“Yes. One of my father’s acquaintances is an executive at Johnson & Johnson.”
I contacted Robert Kim, who had provided me with solid potions.
I felt that I needed to bring Adella out as soon as possible, so I expedited my plans, and surprisingly, I received a positive response.
If a decision had been made, they could just tell me in advance instead of spreading it and escalating the situation.
“Ah, so that’s why… this filthy world of connections…!”
Baek Ho-chan clenched his fist and gritted his teeth.
I shrugged my shoulders.
Was there ever a time it wasn’t like that?
“Anyway, the most important thing for you all is the exchange ratio, right?”
The biggest problem with startup stocks was that they were difficult to trade.
Even if you received stocks worth tens of millions as performance bonuses, it often turned into worthless money because there was no one to buy them.
However, if cash or shares of a listed company were received as part of the acquisition, the story changed.
Not only would it be easy to sit on a pile of cash, but they would also reap the double benefit of being part of a parent company like Johnson & Johnson.
It was something that would make employees doing 52-hour work weeks with 20 additional hours of remote work shout in joy.
“I actually heard a bit while passing through the hallway. They were playing around, saying, ‘You get 300 million and I get 300 million’ in English.”
“Oh god, so embarrassing… be careful, really!”
“But this is what I care about: Even if the treatment comes out, the annual treatment cost should be below 3,000 dollars. In Korea, they reduce 90% with health insurance, so it doesn’t matter, but that’s not the case in many other countries.”
“Hmm…”
Baek Ho-chan always took a negative stance, even when I had brought this up before.
“I know. We need to secure at least 15.8% of the market share for it to break even.”
The amount proposed for the acquisition of Bioakasic was not an issue.
5 billion dollars, with 9 trillion won in cash alone.
After deducting capital gains tax, local income tax, securities transaction tax, and gift tax from my 40% stake, the money left over would be around 221.4 billion won, significantly surpassing Adella’s human creation cost of 209.1 billion won.
“Still, Johnson & Johnson wouldn’t accept such conditions blindly. What do I have to appeal to make them sell the treatment cheaply?”
Baek Ho-chan began to shake one leg as he fell into thought.
“Why? I already gave the answer. We need to hold more than 15.8% market share to break even.”
“Why? Wait a minute, ah ha?”
Baek Ho-chan snapped his fingers.
The law of supply and demand is something even middle schoolers learn.
“When the best treatment is distributed at five times a lower price, you’re telling me we can’t surpass that? Are you kidding me? Come up with a convincing presentation that shows it’s absolutely possible!”
“Ah… I understand!”
“Hurry! Right now! Get moving!”
