So tired, really so tired, as if someone drained my energy from my body. Hahaha….

Struggling with all her might, the exhausted “Flower Queen” leaned back on the grass while the man she had saved knelt before her, coughing violently.

It was early autumn, and the cold river water left her soaked clothes making her shiver uncontrollably. Still, she smiled when she saw the man beside her.

The huge black case dissolved instantly upon his touch, leaving only an intense blinding light that covered his whole arm before it gradually faded, leaving behind a tiny red device on his wrist.

Moritaro ran back toward the store, calling for his staff and customers to evacuate through the emergency exits.
