**Chapter Sixty-Seven: The Elementary School Student’s Fury**
“Akuri…”
“Akuri.”
“Akuri!”
All the way, her classmates were calling her name, but she didn’t even dare lift her head to look.
Who is it?
Who is so heartless?!
The facade of maturity shattered in an instant; Akuri angrily charged towards the source of the trouble in the broadcasting room.
“It should be about time.”
“Bang!”
As Ash finished his sentence, the door was pushed open, revealing a small elementary school student with a large forehead, panting and glaring at him.
“You…”
“Hey there, sis, you look rather spirited today.”
Gazing at the girl, whose face was still flushed with shame and anger, Ash even casually shifted to a more relaxed posture.
“I don’t remember having such an embarrassing brother!”
“Don’t say that! Maybe we’ve actually been separated for many years—”
“Even if it’s true, I wouldn’t acknowledge you!”
Seeing Akuri, hands on her hips, lecturing him loudly, Ash found it somewhat amusing.
“This little elementary school student is quite audacious. If this were a place with fierce trains, you might even get picked as an emergency hero by Rainbow Station.”
As he spoke, not quite understanding her words, Ash placed his student ID next to two cans of milk he had set on the table.
“I’m being kind (and bored), especially to bring this to you, so you’d better thank me properly.”
With nothing else to do, he had this spontaneous idea of doing a good deed by delivering her student ID to school.
But it seemed she wasn’t grateful at all.
“Who would thank you? You said all sorts of strange things in the broadcasting room! Too self-centered!”
Ash had no intention of answering her question. Now that the good deed was done, he was ready to leave without a trace.
“Wait—!”
Akuri shouted at Ash loudly.
“You’re that Kamen Rider Ryuga, right?!”
With one hand on her hip and the other pointing at Ash’s back, she confidently exposed his other identity.
“You seem to know that very well.”
He didn’t deny it. Ash guessed it was because she saw him transform with Makoto that day. However, he wasn’t flustered at being called by another name. He usually didn’t care about his true identity being exposed, after all, he wasn’t afraid of anyone trying to confront him.
“So, what does this elementary student want to say? If you want a Kamen Rider’s autograph, I can write you one.”
“Who needs that kind of thing?!” Although she had expected that someone involved with the Selfish Organization wouldn’t be polite, Akuri was still infuriated by Ash’s flippancy, her anger evident in her eyes.
“You! I ask you, did you also create that Great Adventure?!”
“You figured that out too?” Now Ash was even more surprised. “That’s right, it was me. So, what do you think? Super robot, pretty cool, right?”
“How can you even say that?!”
Akuri looked extremely furious at Ash’s words, practically jabbing her finger at his nose: “How can you be so shameless? The Great Adventure is meant for adventurers to battle the evil dark forces and protect the Earth’s treasures, but you misuse it to bully everyone, including the hero Pretty Cure!”
“You’re the lowest!”
It was hard to tell, but this fuming elementary school student actually seemed to have a solid understanding of the tokusatsu setting, at least not to the level of someone who only knows a little.
Yet, even being yelled at like this, Ash didn’t feel angry. Instead, he found it quite funny to see this little student berating him.
To him, ordinary people without power, those who had never experienced anything personally and only stood on the sidelines to criticize, whether they spoke good or bad, had nothing to do with him. They could say whatever they wanted; whether he listened or not was another matter.
After all, he didn’t have much interest in anything outside of heroes and villains.
“Power is just power. Strong when doing good and also strong when doing evil. Since I can use such power, I can use it however I want. They have no say, and especially not you.”
“You—!”
“Alright, it doesn’t matter how high and mighty you stand on your moral high ground; I couldn’t care less about the ramblings of ordinary people. So, goodbye.”
“Wait—if ordinary people can’t do it… I’m, I’m Precure!”
Determined to make him understand how wrong his actions were, Akuri shouted this out, and as expected, Ash stopped, then “bang”, he locked the door.
“If you say it that way, then it’s indeed a bit different.”
“Of course, how do you prove you’re not just a lying little brat?”
Faced with Ash, who was smiling as he approached, Akuri suddenly realized that he was the villainous knight who joined the Selfish Organization, her face shifted in fear, causing her to instinctively back away until her back hit the table with nowhere else to retreat. Facing the approaching man, the girl’s fear was replaced by a look of determination.
“What do you want to do to me?!”
“What do I want? Heh, asking like that makes me think you want to know what I’ll do to you!”
“Absolutely not!” Akuri immediately interrupted him. “Whatever you’ve done or plan to do, you’d better stop now!”
“Why should I? Who do you think you are? Just because you say stop, I’ll stop?”
“You—!” A sudden wave of déjà vu gave Akuri a headache; thinking back, was that not exactly what boys in her class would yell during a fight? “How can you be so unreasonable? Are you an elementary school student?!”
“Ha! You call others children while you’re just a child yourself?”
Isn’t that even more childish?!
“You big person like you—” Akuri, unable to hold back any longer, swung her fist at Ash. “I’ll correct you!”
“Is this what youth is?—Not interested.”
Not intending to take the hit, Ash sidestepped her sneak attack, picking up the little student by the back of her collar as if lifting a large cat. Watching her flail around was quite amusing.
After a few kicks, unable to reach him, Akuri realized there was simply no way to break free and could only resort to her last tactic: calling for help.
“Help! There’s a pervert breaking into the school—help—ugh!”
Unexpectedly, Ash was surprised that Akuri had hidden such a talent for calling for help. He quickly covered her mouth, and with practiced ease, pushed the window open, easily flipping himself outside along the railing.
As he jumped a few times to the rooftop of the elementary school, just as he left, several concerned teachers rushed into the broadcasting room to catch the pervert, only to be left staring dumbfounded at the empty room.
“Ugh, what a mess! A wonderful day ruined—I really shouldn’t try to do good… Hmm?”
While Ash was lost in his thoughts, he suddenly heard a ruckus beside him. Looking closely, he saw Akuri trapped under his arm.
Wait, how did I accidentally bring this thing along with me?
Without mentioning Ash’s own confusion, Akuri was feeling even worse. In the brief moment she wasn’t paying attention, she was caught and brought to the rooftop. Although she had jumped to higher places before while transforming, she was still just an ordinary elementary school student now. How could she possibly endure this?!
“You pervert, hurry up and let me go!”
Calling me a pervert on our first meeting?
“Oh.” In a most indifferent tone, Ash released his hand, and feeling the emptiness beneath her feet, Akuri, unable to maintain her serious demeanor, clung tightly to his arm like a sloth, screaming loudly.
Ash pulled his hand back; she took a breath.
Ash reached out again, and she started yelling once more.
“This is a bit fun… huh?”
Wanting to do it once more, Ash saw the little student sink her teeth hard into his hand.
“You pervert, pervert, big pervert!”
“You attack Pretty Cure and act like a perverted criminal that should be arrested!”
