Suddenly, out of nowhere, a Hunt boss appeared in the space for no reason.
The Hunt quest started abruptly without any prior information, leaving everyone stunned, and the mechanics left them even more bewildered.
A debuff that limits vision in a virtual world game? And two people had to share it, making movement and attacks nearly impossible.
If the boss just stood still like a scarecrow, it might have been manageable, but the boss kept using its patterns, making attacks almost impossible. All they could do was run while relying on their party members for help.
With two members unable to contribute to damage, many parties were struggling with the tight DPS requirements.
The debuff alone was tough, but the boss’s patterns were so threatening that if even one person messed up, they couldn’t get past the 85% mechanic.
Especially for casual players who form random parties (commonly called “public parties”), this Hunt was pure hell.
Usually, Hunts are designed to be easier and more accessible for players who find raids too demanding.
But this Hunt was on par with the Abyss raid in terms of brutal difficulty.

[Hunt Difficulty]
Is this for real? Leore, is this for real? Seriously, is this for real?
The people managing the debuffs looked so dumb, but when I tried it, there was no solution.
I never knew losing vision and darkness could be this terrifying. Seriously.
Forget attacking, I was too busy dodging. The problem is, if you do that, the boss’s health doesn’t go down. LOL, they really messed up the difficulty balancing.

I gave up after getting too stressed in a public party.
→ Public parties are a no-go. You need to gather people properly.
I ditched the useless players and made a separate chat group with decent players.
→ That’s the way to go. Doing it casually is just stress.
→ Half of public parties are trash. LOL.
→ Looking at these comments, everyone seems to be a pro, huh?
→ I’m better than you. LOL.
→ Stop talking nonsense.
→ Check my logs, you idiot.
[Current Perfect Clear Race Party Status]
Mea’d – Arang Arang: 82%
Ensidara: 84%
…
..
.
No party has reached 80% in a day.
This seems to be the hardest difficulty ever. Usually, Hunts are cleared in three days, but judging by the current situation, it might take a week.
[Comments]
Even the top parties are stuck at the 85% mechanic, so this Hunt is definitely hell-level difficulty.
→ It’s not just hell. It went from Shin Ramen to Buldak Bokkeummyeon level. LOL.
→ It’s like eating normally, but your mouth is on fire.
→ So damn spicy. LOL.
[85% Mechanic]
How do we even clear this?
If four people share it, it’s a wipe. If three share it, the tank dies and it’s a wipe. If two share it, DPS is lacking. If one person takes it, that person dies, and the other takes it, but DPS is still lacking.
Is this just impossible?
Who the hell thought of this debuff? It’s so messed up.
It’s just hopeless.
[Comments]
It’s truly hopeless. This wasn’t made for humans to clear.
→ Try managing the debuff alone. It’s impossible.
→ Taking it alone is impossible after the fourth stack.
→ Yeah, after the fifth stack, vision is completely blocked.
→ You can’t see anything, so you’re just a sitting duck. LOL.
I tried taking it alone, and after losing vision, I just stood there and got wrecked by the boss. LOL.
→ LOL, you idiot.
→ That’s accurate. LOL.
[Mechanic Counter Found]
Just have one person take all the debuffs.
That way, DPS won’t be lacking, and you can progress.
If one person gets 8 stacks, it breaks.
[Comments]
Stop talking nonsense, you idiot.
→ It’s not nonsense. There are 8 debuffs, and if one person takes them all, you move to the next mechanic.
→ Are you delusional? That’s impossible. You don’t even play the game, do you? Your logs are probably blank.
→ Did you not watch Mea’d’s party video?
→ What Mea’d party nonsense are you talking about, idiot?
→ Mea’d’s party just cleared the 85% mechanic and is at 70%.
→ WTF?
Stop talking nonsense.
→ It’s not nonsense. Go watch Mea’d’s party video.
→ Is this for real? What kind of madman can do that?
[Mea’d Party Reaches 70%]
(Video)
85% mechanic counter.
Arang takes all 8 debuffs.
With no vision, she dodges the boss’s attacks, avoids party members, collects debuffs, and attacks the boss.
The boss’s health drops to 70%!
WTF?
Is this a bug? How is this possible with no vision? Is there a way to avoid stacking debuffs?
[Comments]
??????????????????
Wait, is this for real? Is this possible?
Is that really 8 stacks? Not 3?
At 4 stacks, vision is almost gone, and at 5 stacks, it’s pitch black. How is this possible?
→ Yeah, it’s possible. And they’re still dealing damage.
→ ???

All the viewers and party members on Reina’s stream couldn’t help but feel bewildered.
The boss’s health kept dropping, and the situation continued without any additional mechanics.
The biggest reason for their confusion was Arang.
Looking at Arang’s debuff list in the party window, there was a black orb icon with X8.
Meaning, 8 stacks of the debuff.
Everyone here had taken turns experiencing the debuff, so they knew Arang’s current state.
At 3 stacks, it becomes uncomfortable. At 4 stacks, even running becomes hard. At 5 stacks, vision is completely lost.
But 8 stacks? Realistically, there’s no difference between 5 and 8 stacks, but her movements defied logic.
With no vision, she was dodging the boss’s patterns, positioning herself behind the boss, and attacking.
The debuffs stop at 8, so there’s no need to collect more, but how is this possible with no vision?
Of course, her DPS isn’t on par with a pure assassin DPS.
Marajjamppong’s DPS is low, but her utility is on par with a Wanderer.
Normally, a 50% DPS difference is expected, so if an Assassin and a Wanderer deal the same DPS, it’s grounds for being kicked from the party.
But considering she has no vision, it’s different.
This isn’t some old-school keyboard-clicking game. You need to move your body, dodge the boss’s patterns, and attack manually.
But dealing that much DPS with no vision? And without getting hit?
That’s absolutely impossible.
And yet, Arang was doing it.
“But… is this okay?”
Reina, Arang, and all the party members started to feel something was off. No, they had been feeling it all along, but when the boss’s health dropped to 50%, they were sure.
Something was wrong.
“Reina, should we keep going!?”
Echo shouted loud enough for everyone to hear.
It was strange that no new mechanics appeared as the boss’s health dropped so low.
This was clearly a bug.
Deciding there was no benefit in continuing, Reina decided to stop the attempt.
“Huh? Why is the stop button showing up?”
“Arang! The boss is bugged! We need to stop and try again!”
Even though she couldn’t see anything else, Arang could see the stop button and pressed accept as Reina instructed.
“Ugh!”
As her vision returned, Arang blinked repeatedly.
“Having eyes is definitely better than limbs. But what was the problem?”
“The boss’s health dropped to 47%.”
“…Huh? Just like that?”
“Yeah. For almost 5 minutes, it just repeated its patterns and did nothing.”
“What’s going on? Leore doesn’t usually make mistakes like this, right?”
“In all my time playing Leore, there’s never been a combat system issue like this. Arang, how are you feeling? Should we take a break or go again?”
“Let’s go again. I want to keep this feeling.”
At some point, Arang had closed her eyes, and Reina patted her head.
“Okay. Let’s try again.”

“Damn it!”
I threw the two daggers I was holding onto the ground.
Twice.
We stopped twice and started a third time, but the third attempt also had to be stopped. The boss wasn’t doing anything.
The first two times, we stopped at 50%, but the third time, we thought maybe there was a new pattern, so we pushed it all the way to 5% health over 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes of the boss doing nothing but repeating its patterns, it was clear there was a problem. Just then, Leore issued an emergency notice.
An emergency maintenance was announced.
Leore, known for never having emergency maintenance outside of scheduled ones, had its first emergency maintenance since I started playing.
“So it really was a bug.”
We had no choice but to log out of Leore.
