### Chapter 1: Joy of Rebirth
#### Chapter 1: Joy of Rebirth
In the parade square of Soland, the capital of the Kingdom of Clancia.
The long spears that filled the square stood in massive arrays, with knights clad in black iron marching in formation. Countless black banners fluttered in the air; these were the War Sequence 5 Cataclysm Knights, bringing terror and death to their enemies.
“Advance until the end of the world!”
A stern yet resolute voice echoed throughout the imperial capital.
The square was a sea of spears and banners. Warriors wielding weapons that glinted with cold, sharp blades marched in formation, their steps so synchronized they seemed like one entity. Thousands moved as one.
The riders held horns and swallow-tail flags with honor. Clancia, meaning the land blessed by starlight. The flags had blue backgrounds embroidered with golden stars and wheat sheaves, symbolizing the nation’s origins and oaths.
Pulman, the founding monarch, stood on the grand viewing platform, surveying the kingdom’s elite. His weathered face bore lines of experience. By his side stood a group of founding heroes clad in blue capes. Among them were warriors renowned across the lands, generals seasoned by countless battles, mages with sharp minds, and commercial prodigies with unparalleled influence.
Most of them had once been of humble origins, insignificant. But now, they were all heroes capable of leading independently. Under their guidance, this nation and its people finally escaped centuries of darkness and迎来了新生。
The greenish-yellow fruit swayed gently in the summer breeze before falling from the branch and landing on the girl’s arm.
The silver-haired, white-dressed girl slowly opened her eyes, still somewhat dazed. She picked up the plump fruit and stared at it blankly for a while until her memories slowly returned.
“Ah!? No way, could it really be true that time travel exists?”
To confirm her current situation, she stood up and surveyed her surroundings, then examined herself. Spotting a nearby stream, she decided to check her appearance. She clearly felt that her body felt different from what she remembered.
The water in the stream was not as still as a lake; its constant flow made it hard to see clearly, but it appeared that this body was around 16 years old.
She tried picking up a stone by the stream, finding that her strength had diminished somewhat. Well, given how she looked like an underage girl, it was normal to have less strength.
After all, having lived as a modern person on a blue planet for over 20 years, she still had some sense of that life. But now, her current body felt incredibly light, unlike anything she had experienced before.
Yes, she looked up at the treetops nearly three meters high and leaped, easily jumping more than a meter to pick a fruit from the tree, which seemed unbelievable. If her previous body felt like a rigid cement block, now it felt as light as cotton.
The girl tried running again. The forest floor was tangled with roots and occasionally had rough stones, which would normally make running impossible.
Yet, she felt an entirely different ease. Every root, stone, fallen leaf, and twig were clear in her mind, and each step landed perfectly on a clean, flat surface, as if she were casually jogging on the track of her former school rather than running through the woods.
Everything felt so natural, like breathing. The sounds of the wind, the shadows cast by the sunlight, all clearly told her about her surroundings. Walking through the forest felt like walking through her own home.
With a slight excitement, the young lady ran and jumped through the woodland, a sense of freedom and joy resonating within her heart.
Finally, she lightly stepped onto a tree branch and leaped forcefully into the air, her light body emerging from the lush greenery.
The world before her eyes was an endless expanse of verdant mountains, and beneath her feet lay a lush, vibrant forest. The wind from the mountain area blew through the trees, causing the multicolored leaves to rustle in the sunlight.
Though she was in mid-air, the young lady felt no concern. It was as if she had some inexplicable intuition that even if she landed directly on the ground, she would be unharmed, much like light cotton floating with the wind and then settling down.
Indeed, as her toes touched the soft fallen leaves, she easily leaped forward again, cushioning the impact so that she could stand lightly on the grass.
Whether it was穿越 or重生, since the past could not be reclaimed, she might as well live contentedly in the present.
At this moment, the young lady realized how hungry she was. Recalling the fruit that had landed on her arm earlier, she turned back.
After finding the fruit tree, she lightly leaped onto the treetop and plucked several ripe fruits, then went to the streamside.
The water in the stream flowed around her fingertips, giving a refreshing sensation. After washing the fruits and placing them beside her, she picked one up to examine.
The fruit, with a hint of yellow amidst its green, appeared crystal clear under the sunlight. When gently split open, the flesh inside was a light red, tasting both sour and sweet with a hint of astringency.
It reminded her somewhat of an orange from her memories.
Hmm, if more sunlight were directed at the tree and it received more water, the slight astringency could be removed, leaving only the delicious sour-sweet flavor.
For some reason, the young lady had this intuition. Though she had never planted a tree or done any farming, she felt that this was indeed the case. The growing conditions of this tree were not yet perfect, and there was still much room for adjustment and improvement.
Could this be considered a kind of talent?
Finally, the young lady remembered something and called out “System?” in her mind.
The system began to activate, running a self-check.
A mechanical voice echoed in her mind.
So it is, just like a standard feature for a traveler from another world?
The system completed its check and optimized the interface and language by combining with the host’s memories.
Then, a pale blue, transparent interface appeared before her eyes. Only she could see it; to others, it was nothing.
Her own information appeared on the interface.
