Hela stood silently on the side, not responding to Airael’s remark.

She had already made her point clear to Your Majesty just a moment ago.

Airael slowly regained her composure and looked at Hela, saying, “Even so, Teacher Hela, surely you can still offer me some guidance in magic, right?”

Upon hearing Airael’s words, Hela did not refuse any longer: “If it’s just to guide Your Majesty, that’s perfectly fine.”

Airael smiled, saying nothing more, as she quietly enjoyed the girls’ service.

After Airael finished dressing, the group left the bedroom and proceeded to the dining hall.

A new day for Airael officially began.

At the magic training ground.

Following Domiya’s instructions, Airael handed the Staff of Eternity to Hela and practiced magic with her bare hands.

With the Fireball Technique as her foundation, Airael found it much easier to practice other basic magic spells.

However, mastering these spells would still require Airael to practice diligently.

As Airael cast her spells, Hela held the Staff of Eternity high beside her, occasionally providing Airael with guidance.

Before they knew it, the whole morning had passed.

She feared that Linis might refuse her.

In that case, she would have to stay in the palace.

“You may join this war, Your Majesty, but I have some requirements for you. If you cannot agree to these, then you will have to remain in the palace.”

“Linis, you are so kind! Please, tell me your requirements, and I’ll do my best to fulfill them.”

Despite the limitations placed upon her, Airael felt happy.

Seeing Airael’s joy, Linis couldn’t help but smile a little.

But soon, she composed her expression again and said, “The first requirement is that although you are Your Majesty, during the upcoming war, I hope you can listen to Admiral Krul’s commands and not put him in a difficult position.”

Airael nodded.

That seemed reasonable.

Although she was the queen, the overall commander of the war was Admiral Krul.

If she joined the fight without following orders, it would undoubtedly complicate matters for Krul.

After all, her status as queen meant that even if she disregarded orders, Krul would find it challenging to manage her.

Once she accepted the first requirement, Airael eagerly asked, “What’s the second requirement?”

“The second requirement is that I hope Your Majesty can respect Admiral Krul. Please do not interfere with his commands over the troops.”

Airael frowned.

She struggled to understand the second requirement.

She had already agreed to listen to Krul’s orders—how could she possibly interfere with his commands?

Seeing Airael’s confusion, Linis smiled and repeated her two requirements clearly: “The first requirement is that you listen to Admiral Krul’s commands, and the second is that you do not hinder Admiral Krul from commanding the other elves.”

“I understand the first one, but how could I possibly do anything like that?” Airael couldn’t help but retort.

Linis chuckled and gently shook her head, continuing, “Your Majesty, you may not intend to interfere, but you have to be aware that you are the queen. Even an unintentional gesture from you could cause significant trouble for Admiral Krul and hinder his command.”

“Alright, I get it! I’ll be very careful from now on—cautious, cautious, and more cautious!”

Airael felt quite miffed.

This sounded incredibly troublesome.

But to be involved in the war and to gain more political capital for herself, she had no choice but to grit her teeth and accept it.

Silnas Island was Admiral Krul’s territory and served as the second line of defense against the human army.

The first line of defense was, naturally, the one that Admiral Krul established over the vast seas.

In the center of the unit, Airael rode atop her unicorn, with Hela and her two close attendants, Celia and Aurora, standing by her side as usual.

They were surrounded by numerous Royal Palace Guards protecting them.

This time, Linis had sent a full five hundred Royal Palace Guards to protect Airael.

All five hundred guards were at least sixth rank, and among them were high-ranked warriors, like Captain Iis, who had surpassed sixth rank.
