Finally finished the apology broadcast.
As expected, broadcasting isn’t for everyone.
If I hadn’t started broadcasting, this big accident wouldn’t have happened… but I shouldn’t think like that.
It’s just that so many people doubted my skills, so I ended up trying to prove myself and this happened.
Now that I’ve proven myself this time, no one will doubt my skills anymore.
It’s a relief that everyone is taking my mistake lightly.
Of course, I know it’s because this is the first accident.
As these incidents pile up, people will stop trusting me and won’t see me in a good light.
Even though the viewers are saying things like “I’m glad you’re alive” or “I’m glad you didn’t die,” I know how serious this is.
It’s not just about saying “It turned out well!” and moving on. I’m taking this seriously, reflecting on it, and I won’t let it happen again.
Living as Arang, my body is 15 years old, but my mind has merged with Arang’s, who died at 12, so both my body and mind are becoming more childlike. But the old me still exists.
So, I realize that every action I take can cause worry, stress, and mental fatigue for others, and I’ll keep that in mind moving forward.
But if I think like that for every action or word, it will just turn into stress.
So, I plan to reduce my external activities.
By external activities, I obviously mean broadcasting or YouTube.
Next season, I’ll slowly start organizing our party with just our team members, plan hunts, dungeons, and prepare for the faction war. There’s a lot to do.
But before that—
“Arang, ah~”
“Ah~”
All my random thoughts disappeared as the wrap entered my mouth.
It’s been a while since I had dinner with our Leore members.
Taking turns being fed wraps in Anna’s arms, it couldn’t be more comfortable.
All I have to do is move my jaw, and delicious wraps come in.
“Oh, right. Did you tell Arang, Anna?”
“Huh? Tell what?”
“That you’ve reached max level in Leore.”
At Sunchoo’s words, I was shocked.
“Unnie, you’re already max level…? You said you’d help me when I started…”
I knew she bought the access device when she started, and I heard she was starting recently, but she’s already max level?
Anna seems to genuinely enjoy Leore.
Honestly, since Anna never played games before, I thought she wouldn’t be good at them, but I guess people who are good at studying are also good at games?
“Well, Anna didn’t want to bother Arang, so she kept it quiet.”
“I told you not to say that.”
“Now that you’re max level, you should enjoy Leore with Arang.”
At Sunchoo’s words, I reflexively countered.
“Uh… I’m not going to play Leore starting tomorrow…”
“What!?”
Everyone dropped their chopsticks in shock, so I quickly corrected myself.
“No… I mean, I won’t play until the new season… There’s nothing to do… Except for the weekly hunt, I want to try other games…”
I had just thought, pondered, and decided to speak carefully, but it just came out.
At my words, everyone sighed in relief, and Sunchoo lightly tapped my head.
“You scared me!”
“Unless something special happens, I’ll keep playing Leore…”
“I thought Arang started disliking Leore because of this incident.”
“Eh… What game is as fun as Leore…? Is there… a lot…?”
Leore is the best RPG in the world.
But that just means it’s the best among RPGs, not the best game overall.
Realizing that, my mind went blank.
‘I thought there were many fun games, but why did I keep thinking Leore was the best? Is it because I woke up in Leore…?’
After the dinner gathering, everyone left with bright faces, not the sad ones from this morning.
Anna and I took a quick shower together, shared some small family stories, and then parted ways.
Anna, who used to only study, has been running to save me since I got sick, but now she’s starting to let go of her burdens and spend time alone.
Anna, who’s starting to enjoy that time, has more smiles than when I first saw her.
‘She seems to like Leore more than I thought.’
Mom and dad are working hard so I can enjoy the virtual world more, and recently they’ve been coming to Korea more often to spend time with me…
“Ha…”
I should sleep now… Too much happened today…
Living as Arang, the events that unfolded today were truly shocking.
I died and came back to life, ugh…
I’m so tired…

Revival.
My body is so healthy that no matter how tired I am, after a good sleep, all the fatigue washes away.
‘The hospital room is so nice.’
It’s not just a regular room; it has devices to control temperature and humidity, so it always maintains the best condition. Just being here feels healing.
This morning, I had breakfast with Anna and Hyeseon, did some light exercise and massage, and then entered the MDB.
I don’t plan to log into Leore from today until next Thursday.
Probably after two weeks of no updates, the next faction war season will come.
During those two weeks, there’s nothing to do except server maintenance. I plan to play other games until then.
Until now, I’ve only invested time in Leore. But Leore isn’t a game where you keep getting stronger just by investing time.
So, I don’t plan to invest all my time in Leore anymore.
Since I’ve opened my eyes to the future era, I want to enjoy other virtual world games one by one.
The first one is, of course, Monster Hunter.
It’s a game where you hunt giant monsters, use the materials to make equipment, and hunt stronger monsters.
This game was incredibly popular even when I was a man.
Originally a single-player game, but it allows up to 4-player multiplayer. I don’t know how it’s made now, but judging by the reviews, it seems to be a god-tier game.
With excitement, I logged into Monster Hunter, which I had already installed.
The screen turned black, and when my vision returned, the character customization screen appeared.
A character floating in the air against a black background, with a large window for customization. I looked for the gender option.
‘Oh… You can choose between male and female?’
In Leore, you couldn’t change genders, but in Monster Hunter, you can.
In the past, I would have chosen a female character, but this time, for some reason, I was drawn to a male character.
I intentionally remembered my old self and customized the character, making him much more handsome than I was.
I couldn’t resist.
Monster Hunter doesn’t offer completely free customization; it’s limited to what the game provides.
While customizing, the face ended up completely different from my old self, but the height and build were the same.
Finally, I had to think of a [Nickname].
Hmm… What should I name this time?
Choosing a nickname is the most troublesome part of any game.
In Leore, my character was already customized and named when I woke up, so I didn’t change it. But here, I wanted to set my own customization and nickname…
It’s troubling.
After much thought, I decided to just use “I Arang” as my nickname.
[I Arang]
But…
[Nickname already in use.]
“Huh?”
[Arang]
[Nickname already in use.]
[Arangi]
[Nickname already in use.]
[I Arangi]
[Nickname already in use.]
[WFK I Arang]
[Nickname already in use.]
[Nickname already in use.]
[Nickname already in use.]
[Nickname already in use.]
[Nickname already in use.]
[Nickname already in use.]
“This is crazy…”
I tried every possible nickname, but they were all taken.
Are there really that many people in this world with the name or nickname “I Arang”?
Even after adding WFK or Leore, if the nicknames are still taken, it must be users who know me using those names.
‘Ah… This makes choosing a nickname so annoying… Should I just go with this…?’
I suddenly thought of a nickname and typed it.
Ding.
“What the…!”
Why isn’t there a separate confirmation button…? It just confirms right away?
Eh, whatever. Let’s just go with it.
As the nickname was confirmed and the game started loading, I felt like I forgot something.
‘What did I forget…? What was it? Ah, I don’t know.’

Reina, who had been worried about Arang for three days, woke up excited today.
After watching Arang’s final broadcast, Reina looked forward to meeting Arang tomorrow and prepared many gifts to make Arang happy. She quickly logged into Leore.
It’s currently 10 AM in the UK, so it’s 6 PM in Korea. This is usually the time Arang is actively playing Leore, so Reina opened the friend list.
“Huh? Why isn’t Arang logged in? Is she having dinner?”
Reina, who had never missed a day of logging into Leore, waited patiently for Arang.
