Reina, who had a face similar to mine, picked me up in my Pretty Cure magical girl outfit and made a silly face.
Reina kept poking and prodding my face.
Even though Anna was glaring at Reina with a terrifying expression, Reina was too distracted by me to notice.
By the way, it’s kind of creepy how this Pretty Cure magical girl cosplay outfit I’m wearing fits me perfectly.
It fits my body like a glove.
I don’t know how Reina knew, but she completely knew my size.
This is a bit creepy.
Reina soon started to regain her senses and quickly came back to reality.
“Ah, s-s-sorry! Wh-what do I do?!”
Realizing she had been touching my face, Reina panicked about what to do with me.
Anna took me from Reina.
“S-s-sorryyyyy!!!”

Everyone seemed to like the outfit I was wearing, so we had a photo session after sitting down.
Anna initially seemed to dislike the cosplay outfit Reina brought, but after seeing me in it, she liked it.
Not only did Reina cheer up, but Anna also made a phone call after seeing me, and suddenly people started coming into the cafe.
Then, they lightly applied something to my face and set up various things around me…
A scene like something out of a photo studio was created.
Reina and Anna started taking pictures while circling around me.
I tried my best to smile, but my expression didn’t cooperate.
Only the corners of my mouth moved slightly.
After a brief photo shoot, the time we had planned was coming to an end.
Reina and Emma had other schedules, and so did Anna.
We had no choice but to end the offline meetup.
“Arang, I’m sorry. I was out of it, right? And Arang must have been the most tired, but I was the one who couldn’t keep it together.”
Anna translated what Reina was saying.
“It’s… okay… sis… thanks to you… I learned… a lot… next time… again…”
“Okay!”
Reina hugged me tightly and placed the luggage she brought next to me.
“This is a gift from me. You can wear it or not, it’s fine! It’s a small gift from me.”
“Th…ank you.”
I probably won’t wear it anytime soon. But since it’s a gift, I’ll keep it.
“Thank you for forgiving me. And thank you for cheering Reina up.”
“…”
“Arang?”
Hmm… Emma, the one-man band.
Emma… honestly, she’s perfect for hugging.
No matter how much technology advances, the warmth and comfort from human contact can never be replicated.
Plus, the softness and comfort from her chest.
I want to explore Emma’s chest.
Even though it was only for a short while in Leore, I really liked being in Emma’s embrace.
Anna and the doctor are great too, but Emma’s overwhelming chest is irreplaceable.
It’s just a shame that Emma isn’t living in Korea but is a British tourist.
“Anna… sis…”
“Yeah, okay.”
What a waste.

[Assassin]
A job class that uses two daggers.
It’s time to seriously study the [Assassin] job.
Some time has passed since the offline meetup with Reina and Emma, the leaders of the Mea’d raid party.
It’s been 4 weeks since the last Abyss raid opened, and our party members have all the necessary equipment.
Thanks to that, starting next week, all equipment boxes will go to me.
Through Reina, I received a guidebook written by a user who had raided with the [Assassin] job, which was almost like a research paper.
That user is currently ranked 1st in the [Assassin] job in Leore’s logs, like Baedeokgae.
As soon as I saw the 40+ page guidebook, I understood why this user is ranked 1st.
“Really amazing.”
They calculated attack speed, cooldown reduction, buffs, and meticulously wrote about everything from DPS cycles to skill usage.
No matter how much I love games and delve deep into them, I’ve never written such a detailed guide. Too lazy.
I decided to first look at the basic skills section.
If this were a simple PC RPG, I would have focused on this 40+ page guide, but this is a VRMMO virtual world.
No matter how smart you are and create perfect DPS cycles and use buffs precisely, in the end, the user themselves have to move to deal damage.
In other words, in Leore, a VRMMO, what’s important is physical ability.
I’m still using last season’s equipment, and even though other [Soma] users have been wearing this raid’s equipment for 4 weeks and updating Leore logs, I’m still ranked 1st. That says it all.
There’s almost a 20% difference between last season’s equipment and this raid’s equipment.
Especially since no one has cleared the 1v1 mechanic as a DPS yet.
The assassin job class requires high physical ability.
If [Sword Master] required high physical ability due to parrying, [Assassin] requires controlling fast attack speed and not dying with fly-like health. And multitasking.
[Assassination]
Additional buffs are received depending on how the daggers are held.
Forward grip: Attack speed 10%, skill haste 10%
Reverse grip: Attack power 5%, critical damage 5%
This is the identity skill of the [Assassin] job.
I think it’s quite fun to switch between forward and reverse grips to change buffs.
Especially since you can use each dagger separately.
Moreover, one of the reasons [Assassin] is difficult is that skills can be used separately for each dagger.
[Assassin] skills receive additional effects based on forward and reverse grips.
First, let’s look at the two basic attack skills.
[Limit]
Uses the power of killing intent to attack for 120% damage. Additional effects based on forward and reverse grips.
Forward grip: Attack speed increases by 20%. Target takes 5% more damage for 5 seconds.
Reverse grip: 10% additional fixed damage.
[Xenos]
Uses the power of the moon to attack for 110% damage. Additional effects based on forward and reverse grips.
Forward grip: Forward grip buff doubles for 5 seconds.
Reverse grip: Reverse grip buff doubles for 5 seconds.
This is how effects are generated based on forward and reverse grips. So for each skill, you have to decide whether to use forward or reverse grip.
The scary part is that you also have to use skills with the other dagger. In other words, [Assassin] is a job that requires extreme multitasking.
The assassin job class has more movement-related skills than other jobs.
While [Soma] only has a charge skill, [Assassin] has skills ranging from charging to moving behind the target, allowing you to avoid monster attacks despite having fly-like health.
How well you utilize that is another matter…
If there weren’t so many movement skills, [Assassin] wouldn’t be called a glass cannon job.
“Arang.”
While I was checking the [Assassin] job, Pinkubelly, whom I had called, came.
“Did you come, sis?”
“Yeah. I finished editing and came.”
“Oh! Is RyuTube going well?”
Pinkubelly sat on the sofa where I was sitting, and I naturally sat on her lap.
Pinkubelly also naturally hugged me like a teddy bear.
“After the WFK, it exploded to a whopping 100,000…!”
“100,000? That’s a huge increase!”
“But most of it… became Arang’s videos…”
“Eh, so what!”
“It’s not ‘so what’… Arang asked to film without taking money, so I feel bad…!”
“But in return, you take care of everything in Leore! You practically run the guild. You even save me from annoying life stuff.”
“Still…”
“Gal!”
“Gal? What’s gal?”
“Oops…”
Was that too old of a joke?
Pinkubelly came to me because I asked for help.
Honestly, I think I’ll make a lot of mistakes while doing [Assassin], so I called Pinkubelly, who’s a healer.
It’s annoying to walk back after dying and respawning in town.
First, we decided to hunt some field monsters to get used to it.
I confidently held Pinkubelly’s hand and went out to the field.
It felt good to go out to the field with Pinkubelly after a long time.
Since it’s the Adrea field, a max-level area, the field monsters are level 60.
The monster I’m trying to hunt now is one that appeared with this raid.
Originally a basic orc, it’s a monster that’s been strengthened by being infected with cordyceps.
I stretched while receiving Pinkubelly’s buffs.
After stretching my arms and legs, I held two daggers.
First, I held both daggers in forward grip.
A moon icon with X2 appeared, and the buff activated.
Okay. Now I charged at the [Controlled Orc] using the basic skills [Limit] and [Xenos] on each side.
Compared to [Soma], my body was much lighter, and I moved forward faster than I thought, entering the range of the orc’s descending axe.
“Yikes!?”
I tried to parry with the dagger in my left hand.
But.
Thud!
“Ugh!”
I couldn’t withstand the axe’s power and was crushed to the ground.
Short daggers. Low weight. Light equipment couldn’t parry the heavy axe attack, and I took the hit directly.
‘This won’t work with just one dagger…!’
I quickly got up and backed away.
As I was about to charge at the orc again after receiving Pinkubelly’s heal.
A sensation I had never felt before pierced my stomach.
“Huh?”
I slid smoothly to the ground and fell flat.
