His face was dripping with cold sweat.

Just now, Airael had definitely been fishing for a response.

Arthur nodded firmly and said, “I want to be there for you during the pregnancy, to take care of you and the baby.”

That warmed Airael’s heart.

But she wasn’t sure when the second baby would come.

With that in mind, Airael looked at Arthur and said, “Arthur, though I hate to burst your bubble, I feel it’s necessary to speak up.”

“What is it?”

Arthur asked.

Airael sighed and said, “Even though I really want to bear another child, it’s quite difficult for Elves to conceive. It’s normal to go for years without having a child, and Anna’s birth was practically a miracle.”

She paused for a moment, looking at the silent Arthur, feeling a pang in her heart.

The Elven fertility issue was genuinely a complication.

Then, returning to her senses, Airael continued, “So, when the second child arrives depends on luck.”

“Aira, I believe miracles can happen again.”

At this, Arthur smiled at Airael.
