Title: 10th Round Clear and Escape Post.txt

Damn it…
I’ve been through so much… It’s really tough…
[Dreadnought heavily damaged… but the propulsion is off, the external bridge is gone, and the weapons are destroyed, so it looks like it’s sunk.jpg]
[Ouroboros-class main gun and rear melted and evaporated.jpg]
[Bayern-class double armor structure with more than half the outer armor ripped off by “something”.jpg]
It’s so hard, I’m escaping now.

Comments:
– [Every word and image is a gem lol]
– [LMAOOOOO]
– [The emotions in the last pic are so deep]
– [Wait, the Dreadnought got sunk?]
– [Nah, looking at the holes in the armor, that’s definitely not a battleship-level hit lololol]
– [So it’s true that patrol ships can pierce through?]
– [Why did the Ouroboros get neutered?]
– [Oh sh*t, the Bayern-class got wrecked hard]
—
Of course, when my proof post went up, most users reacted with “Rankers gonna rank,” making it feel like a circus act.
But aside from that, some users were analyzing the destruction state of the ships I posted to gauge the difficulty of the 10th round…

Some kids were talking about how patrol ships pierced through based on the small holes, but…
[Close-up of the Dreadnought’s damage.jpg]
The small holes were caused by particle beam fragments from a battleship-class weapon, not some patrol ship’s main gun.
Don’t believe me?
[Proof pic of my battleship’s damage.jpg]
Yeah, it’s real.
Comments:
– [What?]
– [Boring.]
– [So it’s not some OP strat of patrol ships piercing battleships?]

Title: Isn’t the Ouroboros just an energy backflow?
Author: Ocincin Peperoncino
Content: [Ouroboros neutered image.jpg]
At first, I thought it got caught in some annihilation ship’s bombardment, but…
It looks like the barrel got blocked, causing an energy backflow that shot out the rear.
[Crudely drawn diagram in Paint.jpg]
Something like this?
Comments:
– [The drawing’s cute lol]
– [Trash but adorable]
– [True]
– [Y’all just ignoring the post and rating the drawing?]

Title: Honestly, looking back, the difficulty after Round 5 seems overhyped.
Author: Auschkrim
Content: [8th Round Clear Proof.jpg]
I’ve cleared up to Round 8, and…
All that talk about patrol ships or destroyers piercing battleships? That’s just people who didn’t upgrade or equip their ships properly.
If you gear up and level properly, that’s just nonsense.
Sure, the enemies get stronger, but it’s just like fighting ships one tier above.
And most enemy ships are normal-tier due to balance patches, so you don’t even need to worry much.
Though I don’t know what kind of BS Round 10 might throw at you, if you prefer the chill tutorial-style of Rounds 1-4, it might get annoying.
Comments:
– [So Rounds 1-4 are for super cowards, and Round 5+ is for real men?]
– [This dude casually dropping a death flag lol] (Author)
– [LMAOOOOO]
– [Not wrong tho]
—
While the analysis continued, some users were expressing disbelief.

Title: But is it really possible for normal-tier ships to wreck S~SSS-tier ships?
Author: ㅇㅇ
Content: [Bayern-class torn to shreds image.jpg]
Huh?
Is it really possible to get wrecked that badly?
Was it underleveled?
Comments:
– [You don’t get it.]
– [It’s not about leveling or anything, this game isn’t about higher tiers dominating everything.]
There’s nothing inherently strong about enemies.]
-˪[Huh? When I see people using SSS-tier stuff, they just kill everything.] (Poster)
-˪[That’s because the user is SSS-tier, with maxed-out gear, upgrades, and leveling, and they’re just flexing their skills.]
-[In this game, even if you’re a superhuman, ships with higher tiers aren’t overwhelmingly stronger than lower-tier ships in every aspect.]
-[Higher tiers just mean more unique features and a higher ceiling.]
-[If you don’t upgrade or level properly, the baseline is the same for everyone, lol.]
-˪[Ah, got it. Thanks.] (Poster)

Newbies who know nothing are crying out for help, and the kind-hearted (???) veterans and other users are stepping up.
Though, to be honest, it feels more like shady uncles trying to scam newbies rather than genuine kindness.
Anyway, thanks to my proof, many users who chose to cash out at Round 5 are now declaring their intent to push through to the next round.
And because of that, countless users are losing their main ships to ridiculous bad luck.
Superhumans are dropping like flies, and incidents are piling up.
“The enemies are too strong! The whole base defense concept doesn’t even make sense!!!” The gallery is filled with cries of frustration and anger.
Because of this, there was even an attempt to unleash some mysterious wrath on me and other users who cleared Round 5, but it was quickly suppressed by the mods.
==========
Unfortunately, during the time the gallery was on fire…

<‘The Last Resistance’ Round 10 Clear Rewards!>
<Rewards>
<Dimensional Causality Fix Usage x50, Minerals 1,000,000, Rare Resources 100,000>
—————————————–
“Heeeh.”
As one of the people involved, I had turned off the community window, including the gallery, and muted all notifications.
So, while everything was burning down, I was blissfully unaware, happily collecting my Round 10 clear rewards.
But when I realized the rewards were just “gacha tickets”…
“Commander, the rewards are Dimensional Causality Fix Usage tickets.”
“Hmm.”
“So, it’s basically just a bunch of resources, right?”
“…”
Both me and Jessica couldn’t help but grimace at the rewards.
“Feels like we just got a bunch of resources and got kicked to the curb.”
“…Well, I’m sure that wasn’t the intention.”
Normally, I should’ve been thrilled about getting 50 free gacha pulls.
But given my track record and the lingering nightmare of my 9,980-pull disaster…
Even though I got a decent reward, I couldn’t help but feel a bit sour.
Still, the silver lining was that I got an Anchoridge-Class toy, which is completely ridiculous but has some fun potential.
With its “Grab” feature, it could lead to some hilarious shenanigans, which lifted my spirits a bit.
And while I was thinking that…
“Oh, right, Commander.”
“Yeah?”
“In 2-3 days, the monthly and weekly quests will overlap, and we’ll get more Dimensional Causality Fix Usage tickets.”
“Oh, is it that time already? How many will we get in total?”
“Enough for about 80-90 pulls.”
“Nice.”
Hearing that a ton of gacha tickets were coming soon, I started thinking about using the resources from the gacha to speed up the restoration of the Fortress Main Gun.
But the day after the event ended, as I was doing my daily quests and opened the community to manage the gallery…

‘Huh?’
I was hit with the news of such a sudden, large-scale event, and my mind went into a very strange place.
