Of course, the process of taking down Barracuda wasn’t exactly a walk in the park. Honestly, if someone’s trying to blow up your lunch truck, what soldier would just sit back and let it happen? Plus, it’s not like you can just spam missiles at the start to wipe out their forces and defenses anymore. There were all sorts of issues, but… after a looooot of effort, we finally managed to secure the Barracuda base. Sure, more ships went *boom* this time compared to Avalon, and Hreðsvelgr almost got split into Hreðs/Belgr, but hey, it all worked out in the end, so it’s all good.

And of course, news of my exploits spread like wildfire on the forums.

Ships were dropping left and right, man. Wild.

I thought about abandoning Avalon and moving there if there were any useful features or buffs, but…

Fortunately, Nerañzara’s spatial torpedoes managed to destroy the gate, allowing us to narrowly avoid a disastrous defeat.
